Ashuganj আশুগঞ্জ

Ashuganj is a port city in B-Baria District in Chittagong Division of Bangladesh.

Ashuganj is at the bank of the Meghna (river). The city is famous for its power plant which generates huge amount of electricity for the country especially for the capital city.

Zia Fertilizer Company Ltd. is on the other side of Ashuganj. It produces chemical fertilizer for the country, and many rice boilers are situated here, that’s imports paddy and exports fresh rice after process which is gone to remote area of Bangladesh.
